The HP Envy 17, while not designed specifically for gaming, is a high-quality, high-performance laptop with enough power to challenge true gaming laptops. The availability of a 3D-capable screen has been announced. The GPU is slightly underclocked, so it’s a bit slower than gaming laptops with the same graphics card (such as the Alienware M15x)
